In a heartfelt appreciation video, she expressed gratitude to her colleagues, fans, and loved ones who supported her during the trying times.
The actress made headlines in late 2024 when her Lagos home was engulfed in flames, destroying property worth millions of naira. According to Legit.ng, the fire incident also claimed merchandise she had planned to use for promoting her movie Thin Line. In her recent revelation, Mercy disclosed that the fire was caused by a power surge in the store within her home. She described the experience as devastating and admitted that she had to take a break to recover from the emotional and financial toll.
