A prosecution witness has accused Nigerian social media influencer Blessing Nkiruka Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, of allegedly presenting herself as the owner of a property in a case involving ₦69.15 million before the Lagos State Special Offences Court in Ikeja.
The allegation emerged during proceedings in the ongoing fraud trial, where the witness, identified as Dr Onuoha Okeigwe, gave evidence concerning the disputed property transaction.
According to reports from the court proceedings, Okeigwe told the court that he paid ₦69.15 million after representations that the property belonged to Blessing CEO.

Witness Speaks on Renovation Expenses
During his testimony, Okeigwe also alleged that he spent more than ₦100 million renovating the property for a medical facility he intended to establish.
He reportedly told the court that a separate civil action had been instituted to seek the recovery of the renovation expenses and damages arising from the dispute.
The testimony forms part of the evidence being presented in the case brought against Blessing CEO by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The EFCC arraigned Blessing CEO on June 9, 2026, on a two-count charge bordering on alleged obtaining of money by false pretence and stealing in connection with the disputed transaction.
However, the social media personality pleaded not guilty to the charges, and the allegations remain subject to determination by the court.
The prosecution is expected to present further evidence as the trial continues.
The court reportedly adjourned the matter until January 12, 2027, for the continuation of proceedings and the presentation of additional prosecution witnesses.
The case has attracted public attention because of Blessing CEO’s profile on social media and the substantial amount involved in the disputed property transaction.
The court will determine the allegations based on the evidence presented by both sides.
