WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business, and Public Service) is a dynamic non-profit organization with African roots and a global outlook. For over two decades, it has led the charge in promoting women’s leadership in management, business, and governance. The organization aims to close gender gaps by equipping women to lead with purpose and vision.
Our Impact
Since its founding 23 years ago, WIMBIZ has empowered women through targeted programs and initiatives. These include leadership training, mentorship, policy advocacy, and community engagement. With a network of over 2,853 accomplished women, WIMBIZ creates platforms where others can grow and lead. So far, its initiatives have reached more than 344,335 women, helping them excel in their careers and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
