The former Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Scandinavia and former Secretary of the Committee of Diaspora Chairmen, Ayoola Lawal-Odunewu, has extended his deepest condolences to the Chairman of APC Lagos State, Hon. Cornelius Ojelabi, following the passing of his beloved wife.

A Pillar of Strength Behind a Dedicated Leader

In a heartfelt message, Lawal-Odunewu acknowledged the immense sacrifice and strength required in public service, emphasizing that behind every dedicated leader stands a pillar of unwavering support. He described Madam Ojelabi as more than just a spouse but a quiet force and an anchor who played a crucial role in her husband’s political journey.

Solidarity and Prayers for the Bereaved Family

“Her passing is not only a painful loss to her family and friends but also to all of us who recognize the unseen sacrifices made by those who stand beside our leaders. She was a source of strength and encouragement, ensuring that Hon. Ojelabi remained committed to the service of the party and the people,” he stated.

Lawal-Odunewu expressed his solidarity with Hon. Ojelabi, his family, and the APC Lagos State chapter during this difficult time. He prayed for divine strength, peace, and healing for the bereaved family.

“May her soul find eternal rest,” he concluded.
