In a statement issued by the Office of the LRA Campaign, former APC Scandinavia Chairman and Secretary of the Committee of Diaspora Chairmen Forum, Ayoola R. Lawal (LRA), has congratulated former Chairman of Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government, Hon. Mrs. Kofoworola Ajayi, on her 70th birthday.
In his tribute, Lawal described Ajayi as a distinguished matriarch of progressive politics. He said her decades of service have contributed to the growth, unity, and stability of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the grassroots and beyond.
He noted that reaching the age of 70 reflects a life marked by dedication, integrity, and unwavering commitment to public service. According to him, her leadership embodies discipline, wisdom, and compassion—qualities that have inspired many within and outside politics.
Lawal further highlighted her achievements as an entrepreneur, noting that her investments in education have significantly empowered people in Ifako-Ijaiye and across Lagos. He added that her institutions have nurtured individuals making meaningful contributions locally and internationally.
He stressed that Ifako-Ijaiye, Lagos, Nigeria, and Africa at large need more individuals of her calibre, who are committed to shaping future generations through education and service.
He concluded by wishing her good health, peace, and many more years of impactful service to society.
