Nigerian airline ValueJet is marking its fourth anniversary with a promotional campaign that will give customers opportunities to win free tickets and all-expenses-paid trips to Accra and Banjul.

The anniversary promotion began on October 5, 2026, coinciding with the scheduled introduction of the airline’s first Boeing 737NG into passenger service.

Under the promotion, four customers will be selected each day to receive a complimentary ValueJet ticket from October 5 to October 10.

The airline is also offering two Grand Prizes during the campaign, which runs until October 31.

Two winners will each receive an all-expenses-paid trip for themselves and a companion. One winner will travel to Accra, Ghana, while the other will travel to Banjul, The Gambia.

How to qualify for the ValueJet anniversary promotion

According to ValueJet, customers can participate by booking and travelling on a qualifying Boeing 737NG service to Abuja or Port Harcourt during the promotional period.

Eligible customers will be entered into the daily ticket giveaway and the Grand Prize draw, subject to the promotion’s terms and conditions.

ValueJet said the promotion began on the same day its first Boeing 737NG, registered 5N-CFZ, was scheduled to operate its first passenger flight from Lagos to Abuja.

The airline described the aircraft‘s introduction as an important milestone in its fleet expansion plans and its efforts to expand its network across Nigeria and West Africa.

ValueJet Managing Director Omololu Majekodunmi said the anniversary promotion was intended to appreciate customers who have supported the airline since it began commercial operations.

“Four years ago, we set out to build an airline Nigerians could rely on,” Majekodunmi said.

He said reaching the anniversary alongside the introduction of the airline’s first Boeing aircraft was a significant moment for the company.

ValueJet said it will also share stories from winners and experiences of long-standing customers on its social media platforms throughout October.

How to participate

Customers interested in the promotion should:

  1. Book a qualifying ValueJet Boeing 737NG flight to Abuja or Port Harcourt.
  2. Travel during the promotional period.
  3. Meet the promotion’s eligibility requirements.
  4. Take part in the daily giveaway and Grand Prize draw, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Bookings can be made through the airline’s official website.

ValueJet, operated by FlyForValue Aviation Ltd, is a Nigerian scheduled airline that operates domestic and regional services. The airline commenced commercial operations in 2022 and currently connects cities in Nigeria with destinations including Accra, Banjul, Cotonou and Monrovia.

The airline said it is continuing to expand its fleet and network as it seeks to strengthen connectivity across Nigeria and West Africa.
