JMG Limited has commissioned a Kaeser compressed air system with a capacity of approximately 29 cubic metres per minute at Mamuda’s manufacturing facility, providing additional industrial infrastructure to support its current production needs and future expansion plans.
The project was executed by JMG Industrial, the company’s compressed air solutions division, following an assessment of Mamuda’s production requirements, operating pressure, air quality standards, storage capacity and anticipated future demand.
According to JMG, the system was designed to provide a consistent supply of compressed air for Mamuda’s production machinery while meeting the facility’s operational requirements.

The installation comprises two Kaeser CSD 90 compressors, one CSD 130 compressor, two TE 122 refrigeration dryers, a 2,000-litre air receiver tank, line filtration equipment and ECO-DRAIN condensate management components.
The three compressors have a combined stated capacity of approximately 29 cubic metres per minute at an operating pressure of 8.5 bar. The configuration includes two 45kW compressors, each rated at 8.45m³/min, and one 75kW compressor rated at 12m³/min.
The refrigeration dryers are each rated at 12.5m³/min and a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar. They form part of the system designed to help maintain the required compressed air quality for the facility’s manufacturing processes.
Speaking on the project, Rao Preetham, Service Manager at JMG Limited, said the installation had undergone commissioning and performance testing.
“The Kaeser compressed air system has been successfully commissioned and passed all final tests. We are confident that the installation will provide Mamuda with a reliable and efficient source of compressed air to support its production machinery and future operational requirements,” he said.
JMG stated that the installation was completed on 24 July 2026, followed by final commissioning and testing to assess system performance, pressure stability and operational readiness.
The project highlights the importance of compressed air infrastructure in manufacturing, where a reliable supply can support the operation of production equipment and other industrial processes. However, the company has not provided specific figures on potential energy savings, cost reductions or increases in production capacity resulting from the installation.
Mamuda’s perspective on the project and its expected operational impact was not included in the supplied announcement.
