Global ride-hailing platform inDrive has successfully concluded its Ramadan Drivers’ Initiative in Abuja, celebrating drivers who went the extra mile during the holy month. The weeklong campaign recognized those who remained active, ensuring safe and reliable transportation for passengers.
By launching this initiative, inDrive reinforced its mission to empower drivers, the backbone of its operations, while strengthening its bond with them.
Exclusive Rewards for Top Performers
To qualify, drivers had to stay online and complete rides consistently throughout the period. Those who met the criteria received substantial rewards, while top-performing drivers were further honored with exclusive hampers, a token of inDrive’s appreciation for their dedication and service.
Speaking on the initiative, Timothy Oladimeji, Country Representative at inDrive Nigeria, emphasized the company’s commitment to driver welfare. “We recognize the resilience and hard work of our drivers, especially during Ramadan. This initiative is our way of showing gratitude and reinforcing our support for their success. When drivers feel valued, they are better equipped to offer excellent service to riders.”
The Ramadan Drivers’ Initiative is part of inDrive’s broader efforts to promote fair, people-first mobility solutions, ensuring drivers remain at the heart of its mission while fostering a culture of recognition and support.
