The FIJ article alleges that the company failed to refund Mr. Solomon Oludare Akinbo after he made full payment for a plot of land at Treasure Park and Garden, Phase 2, Shimawa, Ogun State.

Clarification on the Allegations
Contrary to FIJ’s report, Adron Homes confirms it has not denied Mr. Akinbo his plot allocation nor refused a refund request. The company notes that the land was provisionally allocated to Mr. Akinbo, contingent on his written confirmation of intent to build, per the Contract of Sale terms he signed. This policy ensures orderly estate development and avoids undeveloped plots.
Further, Mr. Akinbo voluntarily requested Adron Homes to manage the construction of his building. He selected a design and received a detailed Bill of Quantities for review. Adron Homes refutes claims that Mr. Akinbo or his legal representative were coerced into accepting this proposal and affirms clients’ freedom to choose any registered builder.
The company categorically denies soliciting any additional payments from Mr. Akinbo and calls the allegation defamatory.
Refund Policy and Process
Adron Homes reiterates its transparent refund policy, requiring a written request, completion of a Refund Form, and the return of all contractual documents before refund issuance. Despite multiple reminders, Mr. Akinbo and his legal representative have not complied with these requirements.
