The Lagos State Branch of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) has initiated a strategic move to deepen collaboration in Nigeria’s real estate industry. Led by Chairman ESV Tosin Kadiri, the NIESV delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman of Adron Homes, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, at the company’s head office.
This engagement focused on building synergy for enhanced housing delivery, better professional integration, and a structured partnership.

Welcoming the delegation, Sir Emmanuelking shared the story behind Adron Homes. As a proud NIESV member, he recalled his early days in estate management, which shaped his long-term vision.
“Adron Homes was not born out of convenience, but from a calling,” he stated. “This industry is tough, but a strong vision and purpose will always stand out.”
He explained how Adron applies the labelling theory by naming estates based on cultural or geographical themes. This strategy, along with strong investment in infrastructure, sets Adron apart as a futuristic developer.
NIESV Praises Adron’s Contributions
Speaking on behalf of the institution, ESV Kadiri commended Adron Homes for its scale, consistency, and vision.
“We are here to seek collaboration. Our members can contribute to and benefit from Adron’s already established real estate framework,” he said.
The Chairman of the NIESV Cooperative Society proposed a housing scheme for members. He suggested that Adron allocate a zone within its estates, allowing NIESV members to build custom properties aligned with their needs.
Additionally, ESV Kadiri proposed involving experienced surveyors and facility managers from NIESV in Adron’s operations. This would ensure added value and professional management across their estates.

In his response, Sir Emmanuelking expressed full support for the proposals.
“We’ve had a productive relationship with NIESV Lagos in the past. With this renewed energy, we’re ready to take it even further,” he said.
